Out of Control (Verse) Oh the light went out And labored love Left you lying indivisible And now the blind eyes seek Something bleak Only better in return And the two tongues speak In a tongue that’s considered Unreliable And the motion that’s set Is the motion To which we will all turn (Chorus) Oh and someday You’ll see This is out of control We are out of control Once again Someday you’ll see This is out of control We are out of control Once again (Verse) In between this breath And a heart beat chest Is the leaving of All the good days lost To the times That we never could repel And I’ll take you back To the birth of the first Unrelenting love In the belly of the beast Or the belly of a god I cannot tell (Chorus) (Break) Oh and someday You’ll see This is out of control We are out of control Once again Someday you’ll see This is out of control We are out of control Once again (Outro) Oh and someday You’ll see This is out of control
2.
Gravity Defied (Verse) Constantly Changing Tied to the world You buried your thoughts In the mind of a girl who You're never even gonna recognize Growing persuasively comprised She lives on the moon With a god she can’t mind In a place between madness And the things she can’t find Saying how’d I ever even get this way Subtle and poorly made (Chorus) And there Once what was recalled Breathes the mind behind it all Gravity defied (Verse) In illusive despair She lies to herself On a rock without air Thinking someone sent help But she’s already really just too far-gone As her sanity tags along She speaks to the sun She mutters her words Thinking what’s done is done But tell me where are all the birds And in her solitary state of mind She blinks away another year of life (Chorus) (Outro) Defied Defied

Listen (Verse) Burn, Burn this whole thing down I am leaving Drown, Drown me out again Aren’t you listening Cause when this whole thing goes down In these violent seas Of the things we’ve lost And the things we think we need Just say a spoken word In memory of me (Chorus) And say come back home I am listening Come back home Are you listening (Verse) Hold, Hold on to what Makes you happy Speak, Speak as if never again you’ll see The ones beside you Cause when the night goes dark And the light just won’t come on Feel the empty void of things That are now gone But you can hear them through A subtle moving song (Chorus) That says come back home I am listening Come back home Are you listening (Verse) And in the turning pages Of your weary life Did you hide away Or did you make things right Are you gonna bleed Or are you gonna fight (Chorus) And say come back home I am listening Come back home Are you listening
4.
We Make Things Right (Verse) Going out Out on your own Hear me out Let me down Make me proud I know I I know I’m terrified Of losing you Losing love Losing light (Chorus) Back into your arms I go Back into your arms I lose control Back into the dark of night We make We make things right (Verse) Up and down Here and there, in between Love the queen Blame the god Kill the king I know I I know I’ve sacrificed Don’t lose yourself Don’t lose you love Don’t lose your light (Chorus) (Outro) We make things right We make things right We make things right We make things right
5.
Wish You Well (Verse) We will leave this place In a violent rage Lets go get lost Lets go get lost In the days of dark And the dying days Look what we caused Look what we caused If I came back now Would you let me in You giving in You giving in And I’m crawling out Of my own skin Where have you been Where have you been (Chorus) Are you coming back To a life of things you lack Well I guess I wish you well See you in hell (Verse) And the moment that You realize You’re on the moon You’re on the moon And that static’s Filled with frequencies You’re swimming through You’re swimming through (Chorus) (Verse) We will leave this place In a violent rage I wish you well I wish you well In the days of dark And the dying days I wish you well I wish you well And the moment That you realize You’re on the moon You’re on the moon And the static’s Filled with frequencies You’re swimming through You’re swimming through (Chorus) (Outro) See you in hell See you in hell See you in hell See you in hell Oh but I wish you well I wish you well

about

Swim Thru Frequencies was started by Ryan Yudez and Clay Meyer in Fort Collins, CO. Ryan Yudez enlisted the help of guitarist and longtime friend Clay Meyer to work on a collection of songs he'd written. They started working together with just two guitars and vocals and the project began to take shape. After recording the basis for a handful of songs at Morning Wood Studios in Fort Collins, CO Meyer and Yudez went in search for additional members to the group. The first addition was a female vocalist, Melody Kloefkorn. With her harmonies and musical insight the three began to build on the basis of the EP. Excited about what the trio had accomplished with just the bare essentials they decided the next and finally piece to the group was a bassist name Zachary Gray. He added a much needed heartbeat to the songs and his creative input was well received. Longtime friend and drummer, Tyler Lindgren, was asked to lend his services to complete the percussion and drums aspect of the EP and he gladly accepted. Having worked with Yudez and Meyer extensively in the past the process was short and sweet and the outcome couldn't have been better. The group felt that the only thing missing was keys. Through Lindgren's musical connections they got in touch with pianist and studio musician Nathaniel Marshall to finish off the EP. After writing, recording, and mastering these songs Swim Thru Frequencies is releasing its first self titled EP.
